CRH Healthcare, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Alabama, Georgia, Maryland and Florida. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness and minor emergencies as well as occupational medicine for employers such as drug screens and physicals.
CRH is currently seeking a Worker’s Comp Accounts Receivable Specialist for the Billing Department located in Fayetteville, GA. This position will report to the Billing Lead and will be responsible for processing charges and billing claims for our clinics.

Primary Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable collections for Worker’s Compensation & Employer accounts
Manager denials and appeals
Process refund requests
Assist patients and claims adjusters with questions
Rebilling and sending out invoices
Collection of payments and processing credit card payments
Manage Accounts Receivables reports
Key Requirements
High school degree or equivalent coupled with 3+ years Inpatient/Outpatient billing experience in medical practice that includes coding, appeals, recoups, refunds, Medicare, Medicaid
3+ years experience with billing systems including EMR experience
Experience with No Fault, Workers’ Compensation and Commercial claims
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10
High degree of accuracy, sense of urgency and ability to work in a self-directed manner.
Knowledge of business office procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including proficiency with Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
