'4. Girls 5. Kelvingrove so beautiful 6. Me and Libby. We used to go to baby class together but I’d always be late so we’d just go Starbucks.

'7. One of my fave hotels ever 8. My wee Scottish baby love of my life. 9. Half an hour peace in the spa 10. My darling spider man football mad boy'

The trip comes afterKerry Katona stuck up for Helen who has been mum-shamed severally in the days after she opened up about her psychosis battle.

Speaking about the difficulties of being a mother, Kerry, 43, praised Helen for seeking the professional help she needed and opened up about her own struggle with psychosis - for the first time.

In her weekly new! magazine column, Kerry wrote: 'Helen Flanagan has opened up about going into psychosis after a reaction to medication she was subscribed when she split up with Scott Sinclair.

'Good on her for being so open. It's so hard being a mum. Say what you want about "D-listers" like me, but we get it from all angles, having to juggle constant criticism with parenting and relationships. Having children is the hardest job in the world.

'I have five and constantly worry about them all. The fact that Helen went and got medication is good, too. When I split with my first husband, I self-medicated and that sent me into psychosis, so she's doing better than me.'

'So basically I really struggled mental health-wise December/ January xxx. I felt really not great in my head over Christmas and I didn't really feel that much different when I took the kids away for new year xxx

'I had a lot of difficult things going on things I just can’t talk about on Instagram x

'I felt terrible, so I was due my theatre tour which I was excited about so when I came back from holiday I thought it was best for me to take some medication so I’d feel better and be able to cope better with being a working single mum of three.

'And I was emotionally struggling with the break up from the father of my kids but I had a really bad reaction though to the medication ( an ADHD medication) and it sent me into a psychosis for a few days which I didn’t know I was in x

'I just love my kids so much x this bad reaction though was a few days before rehearsals were starting and sadly I just wasn’t mentally well enough to do it xxx

Helen returned to Instagram after a two-month break towards the end of March. Her lengthy update is when she revealed her psychosis battle

'I was heartbroken as I’ve always been professional as an actress but i needed to stay at home and feel better for me and my kids, with the help of my amazing parents ❤️xxx

'I’ve always been honest on here and I feel in a really good happy place now xxx therapy can be amazing and I feel like I’ve worked on myself with things that were quite tough to me but I feel lighter now.
